Tickets 

FULL (DIREKT0)

This ticket is fully flexible and can therefore be re-booked or cancelled up to 1 hour before departure. DIREKT0 is fully refundable up to 1 hour before departure.
One piece of checked bagagge is included in the ticket price.

Family discount: Accompanying spouse / cohabitant and accompanying children (2-12 years) receive a 50% discount on the net price. The entire trip must be done jointly
in order for the discount to apply. Contact our Callcenter on +46 (0) 770 – 790 700 in order to make a family discounted booking.

MID (DIREKT2)

This ticket is non-refundable and rebooking can be made for a cost of 300 SEK. Name change is not permitted. One piece of checked bagagge is included in the ticket price.

LOW (DIREKT4 and TDIREKT)

This ticket is non-refundable and rebooking can be made for a cost of 300 SEK. Name change is not permitted. One piece of checked bagagge is included in the ticket price.

KAMPANJ (K-KAMPANJ and X-KAMPANJ)

This ticket is not permitted for rebooking and is not refundable, it is booked and paid at the same time. Checked in baggage is not included in the ticket price but can be applied
for a cost of 250 SEK per bag, one way.

PENSIONÄR (P-SENIOR)

This is a fully flexible ticket for people that are 65 years or older. It also applies to people that are retired early due to age, sickness or reduced mobility. This ticket is permitted for rebooking and is fully refundable up to one hour before departure. One piece of checked bagagge and hand luggage is included in the ticket price.

STUDENT (S-STUDENT)

This ticket is applicable for adolescents that are 12-25 years and students over 25 years with a SFS-, CSN-, MECENAT-card and valid identification. This ticket is not permitted for rebooking
and is not refundable. Checked in baggage is not included in the ticket price but can be applied for a cost of 250 SEK per bag, one way.

UM (U-VM)

For children between the ages of 5-11 (16) travelling alone. Bookable until check-in closes. Must be paid at time of booking. These tickets are booked only by Call Center.
Hand luggage and checked luggage are included in the ticket price.
